8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNorth Bulletin Media Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site will be limited to CAD $50.
9) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueNorth Bulletin Media Inc. from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
10) Changes to the Site and terms

11) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have jurisdiction over disputes.
